Founded in 2012, Delin Property has grown substantially and has assembled, through acquisition, development and redevelopment, a portfolio of properties in strategic locations. Our customers include Ahold, Alloga, DHL, Maersk and Trek Bicycle.

Having a fully integrated platform has enabled us to win asset management mandates from institutional clients, such as Blackstone funds. It led us in late 2021 to establish the Delin Property Dutch Core/Core+ Logistics Fund as a co-investor and fund manager, overseeing in-house the asset and property management of the portfolio.

We have a continuing focus on ESG and have recently completed 42,000 square metres of logistics space in Madrid achieving a BREEAM rating of Outstanding, the only two logistics warehouses in Spain with this certification.
