Delin Property Signs APL Logistics for Atlas Park Warehouse in Port of Amsterdam Hub

31st March, 2026 (Amsterdam) – Delin Property, the fully integrated European logistics
warehouse specialist, has leased a warehouse providing 10,200 square metres of space in the
Port of Amsterdam to APL Logistics, part of the Kintetsu World Express Group.
APL Logistics has agreed a long-term lease for the warehouse at 8 Casablancaweg, which
forms part of the Delin Atlaspark cluster of distribution centres owned by Delin Dutch
Logistics Partners Fund, for whom Delin Property acted. The terms of the tenancy
agreement are not being disclosed.
It is the first time APL Logistics has directly leased space in the Netherlands. As a leading
provider of global supply chain solutions to the retail, consumer, industrial and automotive
sectors, the company is using this new facility to support its continued expansion across
Europe.

The Port of Amsterdam offers occupiers excellent multimodal connectivity in addition to
being a major European port. It has barge and rail terminals, as well as easy access onto the
A5 motorway, making both central Amsterdam and Schiphol airport - a major international
hub - reachable within a 10-minute drive. The 8 million population of the Randstad
conurbation live within a 60-minute delivery radius of the site.
The building provides a spacious 8,789 sq.m. of ground floor warehouse space with a clear
height of 10.5 metres and an additional 925 sq.m. mezzanine. This is complemented by 490
sq.m. of offices. The warehouse has 13 loading docks with a 35-metre-deep external loading
area within a secure perimeter.
CBRE and Savills advise Delin Property on the management of Delin Atlaspark for the
Fund.
