Duncan’s value-add asset management experience extends back to 2007 with the last decade overseeing industrial and logistics warehouses across Europe.

He joined Delin Property in December 2022 from Thor Equities, where he was Managing Director in charge of a pan-European logistics platform spanning the U.K., Spain, the Netherlands and France. In the preceding six years, at private equity fund management business Clearbell Capital, where he implemented tailored, in-house value add asset management initiatives across approximately £1bn AUM as Director of Asset Management.

Duncan is a Chartered Surveyor and after qualifying in 2007 moved to Mapeley Estates, owned by Fortress Investment Group, as an asset manager. He spent almost seven years at Mapeley, gaining responsibility for managing assets in the South of England and Wales in his final years.
