Isaac Núñez

Partner and Country Manager

Isaac has been sourcing investments, managing developments and standing assets, and overseeing portfolios in Spain since 2012, focusing on industrial and logistics properties since 2016.

From 2016 to 2023 Isaac led the asset management of 50 logistics assets in Spain. This involved the acquisition of 38 assets, the sale of 21 properties, leasing 20 buildings and the development of 16 assets, of which 11 were pre-let prior to their completion.

He joined Delin Property in 2022 from Thor Equities, where he was Country Head of Spain, where he assembled its logistics portfolio. Prior to this, he played a key role as Director of Asset and Investment Management in building the investment management business for logistics specialist Aristeas Group, including the JV with Partners Group AG focused on logistics property investments in Spain. He joined Aristeas after four years at AGIB Real Estate.

Isaac obtained an MBA from IE Business School in 2011, before which he worked for three years on M&A and Corporate Banking at Banco Santander, mostly in London.
